It's basically Benadryl and Tylenol mixed together. The part that's supposed to make you sleep is Benadryl.

Interesting about the senior comment. My grandma was told to take Benadryl as a sleep aid in order to wein herself off pain medication after surgery. Hmmmm.

I have to cut the dosage in half. It's weird. If I take the full dosage of any medicine like that it has the opposite effect. Same with NyQuil. So if the normal dosage is two...I take one. And THEN I sleep like a baby.

 I played with paper most of the afternoon. I don't get much time for scrapping any more, so when I do I try to take advantage of it. The house was clean, the kid was happy and the fiance was sleeping.....I scrapped.

 T is allergic to almost every bug bite. He is deathly allergic to fire ant bites. We have a cream that the ped. gave us to apply after every bite. We also have to use bug repellent every time we go outside.
